In 2024, Huawei achieved CNY862.1 billion in revenue and CNY62.6 billion in net profits.

The Company and its subsidiaries principally provide end-to-end Information and Communications Technology solutions. This includes the research, design, manufacture and marketing of telecom network equipment, IT products and solutions, cloud technology and services, digital power products and solutions, intelligent vehicle solutions, and smart devices for telecom carriers, enterprises, and consumers.

In 2024, the company invested CNY179.7 billion back into R&D, which accounted for 20.8% of its annual revenue. Altogether, the company's R&D investment over the past decade amounts to CNY1.2 trillion. 

By the end of 2024, Huawei held a total of 150,000+ active patents and had signed over 230 patent licensing and cross-license agreements with many of the world’s largest patent holders.

Huawei ranked 6th in the 2024 EU Industrial R&D Investment Scoreboard.
