Security Advisory - Three Buffer Overflow Vulnerabilities in Some Huawei Products

There are three buffer overflow vulnerabilities in some Huawei products. An attacker may send specially crafted HTTP messages to the affected products. Due insufficient input validation of three different parameters in the messages, successful exploit may cause some service abnormal. (Vulnerability ID: HWPSIRT-2017-08063, HWPSIRT-2017-08064 and HWPSIRT-2017-08065)

The three vulnerabilities have been assigned three Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) IDs: CVE-2017-15354, CVE-2017-15355 and CVE-2017-15356.

This vulnerability can be exploited only when the following conditions are present:

1. The attacker can connect to the network of the affected products.

Vulnerability details:

An attacker may send specially crafted HTTP messages to the affected products. Due insufficient input validation of three different parameters in the messages, successful exploit may cause some service abnormal.
