Security Advisory - Buffer Overflow Vulnerability on Several Products

There is a buffer overflow vulnerability on several products. The software does not sufficiently validate certain field in SCTP messages, a remote unauthenticated attacker could send a crafted SCTP message to the device. Successful exploit could cause system reboot. (Vulnerability ID: HWPSIRT-2017-01012)

This vulnerability has been assigned a Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) ID: CVE-2017-15344.

The software does not sufficiently validate certain field in SCTP messages, a remote unauthenticated attacker could send a crafted SCTP message to the device. Successful exploit could cause system reboot.
