The Huawei eSpace 7900 IP phone cannot process some type of requests. If an intermediary device is not properly configured, such requests will be transparently sent to the eSpace 7900 phone. After receiving such requests, the phone restarts (Vulnerability ID: HWPSIRT-2015-08038).
This vulnerability has been assigned Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) ID: CVE-2015-8231.
