The AR router has a directory traversal vulnerability when serving as an SFTP server. An attacker can log in to the AR router and traverse FTP server directories to access unauthorized directories, leading to information leaks. (Vulnerability ID: HWPSIRT-2015-09029)

1. Prerequisite:
The attacker can access to the device and login;
2. Attacking procedure:
When serving as an SFTP server, the AR router does not strictly check the directories accessible to users. An attacker who can log in to the AR router can access unauthorized directories, leading to information leaks. However, the attacker cannot modify or delete directories.
This vulnerability is reported by Huawei internal tester. Huawei PSIRT is not aware of any public announcements or malicious use of the vulnerability described in this advisory.
